bforce provides technical recruitment services connecting European engineering talent with startups and enterprise companies. Our services include candidate sourcing, vetting, and placement assistance for technical roles.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

- Pay all fees associated with the services you select

- Understand that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We do not guarantee that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bforce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bforce and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bforce regarding the use of our service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
